Download and install the Remote Administration Tools for Windows 7 here:

Once installed go to the CONTROL PANEL --> PROGRAMS --> TURN WINDOWS FEATURES ON OR OFF --> Find REMOTE SERVER ADMINISTRATION TOOLS --> ROLE ADMINISTRATION TOOLS --> Select  TERMINAL SERVICES TOOLS

Now you will be able to build the MMC with Remote Desktops
